The agreement between you and Cindara Novera, LLC when you use Senarra.
These terms describe how Senarra works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. We've written them as plainly as we can. By using Senarra you agree to them.
Senarra is a product of Cindara Novera, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Senarra," "we," "us," "our"). "You" means the individual or entity using the Senarra service.
Senarra is a mobile application that helps users preserve memories, voice profiles, and characterizations of people and pets through AI-assisted interactions. Features may change, and we reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Senarra. By creating an account you represent that all information you provide is accurate, and you agree to keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@senarra.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Senarra offers a 14-day free trial on any monthly tier. During the trial, certain premium features (including voice synthesis, voice cloning, and animated video memories) are unlocked only through the limited "Preview Token" mechanism or are not available until upgrade.
If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account becomes read-only: your memories, loved ones, and media remain stored and viewable, and you can still export everything, but you cannot add or edit content until you subscribe or move to the free membership. Nothing you have created is deleted when a trial ends.
If you subscribe to a paid tier, billing is handled by the channel you subscribed through: Apple's App Store (iPhone), Google Play (Android), or Stripe (web). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time — from your Apple ID subscription settings, your Google Play subscriptions, or the billing portal linked in your account, depending on where you subscribed.
Founding Member discounted pricing applies to the first 500 users who subscribe to any paid tier. The discount remains in effect for the life of the continuously active subscription. If you cancel a Founding Member subscription and later re-subscribe, the discount does not reinstate unless Founding Member capacity remains available.
Refund requests are handled by the store or processor that took the payment: Apple under its App Store refund policy, Google under Google Play's refund policy, or, for web subscriptions billed through Stripe, by contacting us at support@senarra.app.
We may change subscription prices for new customers. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price change affecting their tier, and the change will not take effect until the next renewal period following notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the memories, media, Portrait entries, and other content you create or upload through Senarra. We claim no ownership of your content.
To provide the service, you grant Cindara Novera, LLC a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering Senarra to you and any family members you authorize. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
Your memories, Portrait entries, voice recordings, transcriptions, and conversations are not used to train our AI models or the models of any third-party provider.
You are responsible for the content you upload. You represent that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Senarra has zero tolerance for content or behavior that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to upload, create, or share such content, and not to use Senarra to harass or harm others. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. To report objectionable content or abusive behavior, contact us at hello@senarra.app; we review and act on reports promptly.
Senarra uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on the memories and Portrait entries you provide. You understand and agree that:

When you invite family members to view a loved one, they agree to these Terms by accepting the invitation. You are responsible for managing who has access to which loved ones. You can revoke access at any time from within the app.
Family members receive limited access — they cannot view Portrait entries, private memories, or private notes.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee that Senarra will be continuously available. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service interruptions.
The Senarra name and wordmark, the Senarra logo, application design, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Cindara Novera, LLC and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not use any Senarra branding without written permission.
Senarra integrates with third-party services including Apple, Google (Firebase), OpenAI, AssemblyAI, Fish Audio, ElevenLabs, Hedra, and SendGrid. Your use of Senarra also involves those services operating under their own terms, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
You may terminate your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be retained in read-only form for 90 days for export, then permanently deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate your account for violations, we may delete your data immediately.
SENARRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINDARA NOVERA, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINDARA NOVERA, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF SENARRA WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cindara Novera, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of Senarra, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Houston County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email and within the app at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Senarra after a change constitutes acceptance.
This section applies only if you downloaded Senarra from the Apple App Store, and controls over any conflicting term above.
Acknowledgement. This agreement is between you and Cindara Novera, LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Cindara Novera, LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for Senarra and its content.
Scope of license. Cindara Novera, LLC grants you a non-transferable license to use Senarra on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that Senarra may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Maintenance and support. Cindara Novera, LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Senarra, at hello@senarra.app. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for Senarra.
Warranty. Cindara Novera, LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If Senarra fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of Senarra to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Senarra, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Cindara Novera, LLC.
Product claims. Cindara Novera, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Senarra or your possession and use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Senarra fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual property claims. In the event of any third-party claim that Senarra or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Cindara Novera, LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party terms. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Senarra.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
