You can permanently delete your account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
Recommended path.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Your account is signed out and cannot be recovered.
Email hello@senarra.app from the address you registered with. Subject line: Delete my Senarra account. We'll process the deletion within 7 business days and confirm by reply.
It does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google bill you, not us, and only they can stop it. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play before you delete your account — once the account is gone we cannot do it for you, and we cannot issue refunds.
A subscription started on the web is different. Those are billed through Stripe, and we can stop them: deleting your account cancels the subscription at once and closes any checkout page you left open, so you are not charged again. Time you have already paid for is not refunded automatically; refund requests for web subscriptions go to support@senarra.app.
It does not remove Hedra's copy of a generated video. Deleting your account now reaches into the services we use, not just our own servers: the voice profiles built for you at Fish Audio and ElevenLabs are deleted at the same moment your account is, automatically. Hedra, which renders video memories, offers us no way to delete their copy — we delete ours, and theirs is governed by their retention policy. None of these services are permitted to train on your data. If you want Hedra's copy removed too, email hello@senarra.app and we will request it on your behalf.
Anonymized crash and diagnostic logs collected by Sentry may be retained for up to 90 days for application stability monitoring. These contain no personally identifiable information. Transactional payment records held by Apple and Google are governed by their own retention policies.
The same is true of Stripe for payments made on the web. Deleting your account removes your customer record and saved card from Stripe, but Stripe keeps its record of each payment already made: the amount, the date, the invoice and, where sales tax was charged, the tax record with the name and address used for that payment. Those are financial and tax records we are required to keep and cannot delete.
Printed book orders. An order you never paid for is deleted. A paid order is an accounting record, so we keep it with you removed from it: what was ordered, the amounts, the dates and the delivery state stay; your name, address, email, phone number, the book's title and the print file are deleted. A paid order that has not yet gone to the printer is canceled and refunded. Our printing partner, Prodigi, keeps its own record of books it has already printed and shipped.
Bundles and gift codes. The record of a bundle purchase, and any gift code from it, is kept with the buyer's email address so that an unredeemed code still works for the person it was given to. Write to us if you want that record removed.
