Privacy Policy

Your memories
are yours.

Effective April 22, 2026 · Last updated May 2, 2026
Senarra is built around a simple principle: the memories you preserve belong to you and the people you choose to share them with. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we will never do.

Who we are

Senarra ("we," "us," "our") is a product of Cindara Novera, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Warner Robins, Georgia, United States. Contact: privacy@senarra.app.

What we collect

Account information

When you create a Senarra account, we collect your email address, a password (or Apple Sign-In credential), and your display name. We use this to authenticate you and to communicate about your account.

Content you create

When you build a persona, add a memory, upload media, or answer Portrait questions, we store that content on our servers (Google Firebase, located in the United States). This includes:

Device and usage information

We collect limited technical information to operate the service: device type, operating system version, approximate region, and app performance data (crash logs, error reports). We do not collect precise location, advertising identifiers, or browsing history.

Payment information

If you subscribe to a paid tier, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of subscription status but do not receive or store your credit card or payment details.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

How we share your information

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or memories to anyone, for any purpose, ever. This is a hard rule, not a marketing claim.

We never use your memories to train AI models

Your memories, Portrait entries, voice recordings, transcriptions, and chat conversations are not used to train Senarra's AI models or the models of any third-party provider. Your content is used only to power responses within your own account.

Family members you invite

When you invite a family member to view a persona, they can see the memories and media you have marked as shared. They cannot see Portrait entries, private notes, or memories you have marked private. You control the level of access at all times.

Service providers (subprocessors)

Senarra uses the following subprocessors to operate the service. Each is bound by contractual data-protection obligations:

Marketing analytics on senarra.app (the website)

The Senarra marketing site at senarra.app uses standard analytics pixels to understand how visitors arrive, what they read, and whether they convert (waitlist signup or beta application). These pixels are present only on the marketing website — they do not run inside the Senarra mobile app and have no access to your memories, personas, voice profiles, or chat content. The pixels are:

You can block all four with any modern tracker-blocker (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Brave's built-in shields). Doing so does not affect any Senarra app functionality. The mobile app does not load these pixels.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Senarra, our users, or others. If such disclosure is legally required, we will attempt to notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Your rights and choices

Access and export

You can request an export of all your data at any time by emailing privacy@senarra.app from your registered account. Exports include all memories, media files, transcripts, and metadata. Portrait entries require separate confirmation.

Deletion

You can delete individual memories, personas, or your entire account at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleted data is removed from our primary systems immediately and purged from backups within 30 days.

Correction

You can correct any information about yourself or your personas at any time from within the app.

California, EU, and UK residents

If you are a resident of California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under applicable privacy laws including the right to access, portability, correction, deletion, and (where applicable) the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@senarra.app.

Children's privacy

Senarra is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@senarra.app and we will delete it.

Data retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains available in read-only form for 90 days so you can export it. After 90 days, if the account remains inactive, we will notify you by email before deleting the data.

Security

We encrypt data in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Authentication uses Firebase Auth with optional Apple Sign-In. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of any breach that materially affects your data.

International transfers

Senarra servers are located in the United States. If you access Senarra from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using Senarra, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and within the app. Your continued use of Senarra after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
